This was the most disappointing thing in 45 years that we’ve purchased.The warranty for kingsdown is no good.They told us it was our fault but our old mattress was 25 years old and twice as good. It still looks great but it’s no good underneath.Sags to one side.

Don't buy this mattress, or any product from this company. I bought a very expensive hybrid mattress from this company. The sales rep talked a big game. It sagged within months, and the warranty doesn't honor anything below a 1 1/2" sag without pressure -- that's huge! Mine sags 3/4" …
