We bought a Brand Name $800 mattress five years ago and it seemed like a good one at first. Within six months I was not happy. I called them about getting a different mattress and suddenly their wonderful warranty was not so wonderful. Basically, I was stuck. For the past two years I've gone to chiropractors to deal with the back pains. I have to be dead tired in order to go to bed and be able to fall asleep through the pain. When I laid down on the Latex Bliss in the store (on my left side) it only took less than five minutes for my back pain to go away. I could have fallen asleep right there in the store. I was only getting five or six hours of sleep on that other brand name mattress. I'd have to wake up in order to turn over because the pain was so much. Anyway, the Latex Bliss was delivered on Friday afternoon. Today is WEDNESDAY. I've had four wonderful pain free nights on this bed so far. I actually look forward to going to bed. I've used a CPAP machine since 2005. I don't move around much when I sleep because I feel like I'm tethered. That's part of the problem. My body is sore from laying in one place in one position, night after night. I have not felt this rested in a long long time. FOUR NIGHTS and I'm convinced this is the answer.

When recovering after a broken leg, I could no longer sleep on my previous mattress - my hips knotted up and were very painful. Since this mattress arrived, I have never had this problem. Even before the leg accident, I was always stiff after getting up each morning. Now, I do not have that problem! I love this new mattress. There are no pressure points and I sleep better than ever!

I bought my 100% organic King sized pure latex bliss beautiful mattress in February 2013. I have been sleeping on it nearly 2 years at this point. I love it more every day. I NEVER wake up at night because of pressure point pain (arm asleep, leg asleep, pain in hips or joints). When I travel, I always cannot wait to get back home to my own bed. I never thought a mattress could make so much difference in my life. I will NEVER buy another inner spring (or even a hybrid) mattress. God willing (because they are more expensive), every mattress I purchase the rest of my life will be a latex mattress.

My husband and I had an old boxspring mattress that we had been sleeping on for years, wen we decided it was time to upgrade. I have horrible allergies, so I want something that would have some allergy resistance, as well as be firm. I am not a cushy bed sleeper, so if you are this mattress is not for you. My husband is 220, and I am 160 and we sleep amazingly well in this bed. He tends to sleep on his back or side, where I am a stomach sleeper. Unlike a Tempur-pedic, we didn't have to worry about strong off gassing (or any, even though they warned us there might be some). While it may not be as cool as a box-spring, there are options to buy sheets and mattress pads with cooling gels/fabrics. What I love most about this bed, is that I don't even feel him move in the night, if he comes to bed late, he's not waking me up and vice versa. We purchased the "Natural" king after doing loads of research. While it is very expensive upfront, comparing it with other mattresses of its type, it was not that far off price point. If you enjoy a firm night sleep, this is a great mattress!

Two days ago we purchased the split king Pure Latex Bliss Beautiful mattress with the adjustable frame. I have had numerous back and neck surgeries and for the past ten years have had to sleep in a recliner. We finally decided to invest, yes it is not inexpensive, in a quality mattress and adjustable bed frame. We looked at a number of mattresses and choose the Pure Latex because our dealer gave us a 1 year comfort guarantee which is way beyond the normal guarantee. Even though the set was expensive it was half the price of the Pranasleep set that we were considering. I can say the past 2 nights have been wonderful. I can adjust the bed to a comfortable position and wake in the morning feeling great. This purchase was long over due and is one I am sure I will enjoy for years to come. The mattress is very cool, no heat build up, and provides fantastic support...what more can you ask for

We are happy that you love your new mattress and are able to sleep in any position. I am sorry to see that it took seven years to find us. With this post we may be able to help others cut that time frame down drastically.

Thanks again

Same problem as others with my king size Invite model. Back hurts ever night, get knots in my upper back, hard to get out of the bed, or even roll over without pain. We even exchanged the topper for one more firm but that didn't help either. I sleep on a Simmons Beautyrest most of the week while working out of town with no problems or discomfort. I actually went to purchase a Simmons when the store owner talked me into the Pure Bliss. Mine is 15 months old and I've been unhappy the entire time. Guess I'm going to have to chunk it, open the wallet and get another Simmons.

I had insomnia problems, waking up hot, and tossing/turning due to pressure points. I am finally sleeping through the night again. I am chemically sensitive and the Talalay Latex is so breathable, allowing for energy circulation and venting, and the materials do not bother my skin.

When searching for the perfect bed, I looked high and low. I owned a TempurPedic for almost 10 years and was fairly satisfied except for the heat factor and eventually the crater-like body impressions. With all there is to learn about mattresses on the internet- it lead me to researching a Latex mattress. I did not want to sleep in a heat-trap nor did I want to spend $1000's on a nice mattress to have it sagging in 8-10 years. I found a lot of varying opinions on Latex VS Memory Foam. Latex got better reviews as a whole while comparing nearly the same on price VS Higher End Tempurpedic, Sealy, and Simmons models. I shopped at various chain and local stores, laying on some of each. I asked many questions to the retail sales associates and store manager's. What I found is that the local stores typically had a lot more knowledge than the scripts that it felt like the large chain stores read from. I was looking for unbiased opinion rather than pushing towards the most expensive items in the store. I ultimately ended up liking the ALL-LATEX Nutrition from LatexBliss. I am a researcher and a tough customer. I spoke with the store manager at Wildcat Mattress several times before making my decision. He worked out a nice package deal for me to get the mattress set, 2 latex down pillows, a bamboo mattress protector, and (free) delivery for the price other retailers were trying to sell me the mattress-only for. All of my questions were answered about the Latex process, any chemicals that were used in the manufacturing process, when and where my mattress would be coming from, and in-depth about the company background. With all this being said, it made me feel very comfortable making the purchase. It took me a few nights to get used sleeping on a surface that did not sag. At first, I thought that I may have made a mistake. But upon sleeping on the bed for a few weeks, I noticed a more restorative sleep. I was waking up less do to pain and pressure in my lower back and shoulders and also sleeping much cooler. I could not be happier with my Latex mattress and I promised the young man at Wildcat Mattress I would rate and review their service and latex products on multiple sites as well as to friends and family if his advice on mattress selection paid off. It truly HAS paid off and I cannot thank him enough. No signs of sagging after 3 months, and I am sleeping great. I feel that latex is the way to go after sleeping on both!

Excellent support with great conformability and soft comfort. No odor like from memory foam. I grew up as a child on a Sealy latex bed in the 1950's and loved it. I am not sure why, other than higher cost, why latex beds are not more widely marketed. Laying in this bed you feel virtually "weightless". Coil springs apply pressure, and memory foam sleeps hot, and I find it hard to rollover. Manufacturer has 24 hour customer service phone line for questions or issues. I don't know of any other mattress manufacturer that is that accessible. The Beautiful is comfortable as is, but I like having a 3 inch quick response mattress topper on it for additional softness.

My husband and I purchased this bed just as we were moving into our new custom built home, specifically constructed to minimize my allergy sensitivities. We liked the natural materials and chemical free sleeping idea.

But, a little over a year later, we've finally realized the mattress is to blame for our both being in weekly physical therapy to address back, neck, and shoulder pain! We wake up every morning feeling elderly.... Trying to just "get moving" so that we get some relief. For reference, we are mid-30s and both otherwise in great health, and both slender.

I wake up many times a night with tingling arms from the lack of support in the bed. I have knots in my shoulder and neck that make it hard to turn my head the opposite direction of the side I sleep on. My husband has muscle spasms in his back and shoulder pain. I'm a side sleeper, he's a back sleeper. The bed has obvious "dips" where we sleep despite us both beings underweight!

We've even gone further and invested in the 2" topper, hoping that it would help. But, alas, no improvement. We are starting to accept that our very expensive purchase is going to have to be lost as the cost of physical therapy and pain is outweighing the investment at this point.

I am very disappointed in the product. While it absolutely delivered on my no off gass and allergy friendliness, it has failed on allowing us to sleep well and to wake up feeling healthy.

So, my husband and I purchased the 3 inch mattress topper from a local store where they just sung the praises of Latex Bliss. At first I was in total heaven. It was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. When we've had housesitters stay, everyone comments on how comfy our bed is. I wish I could give them 5 stars, alas, there are huge problems.

The main problem is with the mattress topper cover. After the first wash, I followed the directions explicitly and dried it partially on cool and then let it air dry. It still shrunk. In the past 3 years, I cannot have washed that thing more than 7 or 8 times since we have a mattress protector we use over the topper, and yet the zipper broke. The entire thing just fell off.

I called customer service expecting that such an expensive product that was virtually new- I mean I have not used that zipper more than, as I said, 7 or 8 times, would be replaced with an apology. BUT SURPRISE, welcome to the new corporate America, where they don't care about the quality of their product, they just don't want to pay for their quality mistakes.

And their genius advice was to take it to a seamstress/tailor, both of whom told me they'd have to replace the entire zipper at a huge cost. So now we're on the hook for paying another $150 for another cover, even though ours is as close to brand new as it gets. What an awful, awful policy.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I no longer have faith in their products since it's obvious they don't have faith in them either.

Extremely disappointing. And there are lots of latex companies, I'm sure you can find one that cares more about their customers and the quality of their products.

Bought mattress and a topper from these people and what a mistake. The mattress overpriced as you probably already know from other posts but a bit firm for me so bought the topper as well 400. After 6 months the zipper on the cover for topper simply fell off its track causing the whole cover to come off. Called customer service and would not replace. Even though the warranty states on website covers and there zippers will be replaced in two year period. Livid is understatement. Bad back is why I bought this thing and topper put mattress at just right level. Now with out 400. Dollar topper to hard. Asked rep if I could buy a cover. Not an option I guess. Waste of money don't know what to do or were to find another cover. I am crossing fingers on the mattress now hoping nothing happens to it. Because they won't back there product. Junk don't do it.

This mattress was defective when I got it thus my answers to many of the questions. The problem is that Pure Bliss won't honor the warranty and in fact refuses to even call me or respond to my emails. The dealer who sold the mattress came to the house and said it was defective and called her rep who also agreed to send a new one. Nine weeks later we have not heard another word. If you luck out with one that isn't defective I am sure it is a good mattress but good luck to you if it is defective. You just lost your money and are stuck with a horrible mattress

I purchased the Pure Latex Bliss (Nature model) bed 4 months ago thinking that is would be more supportive and comfortable than a memoryfoam, because, it uses the pressure of the body to support rather than heat like the memoryfoam.

Now I am so sorry that I bought the latex bed. I thought it felt good in the store. I went back to the store about 5 times to make sure the mattress felt good. But when I sleep on it all night my body hurts every morning. It just isn't comfortable. I find that it is too hard. My shoulders hurt if I sleep on my side and my back hurts if I sleep on my back. My husband also has the same experience with this mattress being way too hard. It may form to the body which feels good at the store, but feels like a board when we sleep on it all night. I wish I would have bought a memoryfoam or a conventional bed.

Unfortunately the only local store that sold this mattress didn’t have a sleep guarantee. So I cannot take it back. I was so focused on the good reviews (probably written by the company) that I took a chance on this large purchase. I have now learned that there may be a good reason why only one store in a large city sells this product. That reason is because it is not a very good product unless you want a very FIRM mattress and the company doesn't stand behind their product.

I talked to Pure Latex Bliss customer service and there is nothing that they will do since it is a comfort issue and not a warranty issue. I guess we have to live and learn. I just hope you as a reader will learn from my experience. We will buy a 3 inch memoryfoam mattress topper to make this bed comfortable. Hope it works.

This is the first review that I ever made on a product. It is such a big expense that I am compelled to comment on it.
