Thank you for your response. Sadly, I now see, I purchased a non-returnable floor model topper from Sleep City. When I washed the soiled topper cover according to instructions it became evident that there were permanent stains on it that could not be seen when I bought it. Besides that, the zipper is defective and I could not get it to zip up again, so it is closed with safety pins! I regret my purchase, but am trying to remedy the problem. Jean
