Today is April 2016. Got the bed in January 2016. During our first week of having slept in it, my husband and I could feel the sagging and could actually see the sag from where we had lay. So uncomfortable, we toss and turn all night and we get up in the morning feeling very tired and hurting. We are so upset, we paid our good and hard earned money for a piece of worthless bed. No support from anyone to help with our loss. What is a warranty for then? Spring Air just wants our money. Forget about customers satisfaction. If anyone can help, Please HELP us!
