Beautyrest Black K class ultra plush vs Harmony Lux diamond ultra plush pillow too

What is the main differences in these two mattresses? I purchased the x class hybrid ultra plush and it so far does not feel nearly soft enough. Looking for cooling features and a pillow top feel with lots of softness. Explain the T3 coil vs T2 coil? Cooling cover differences? They look very similar.
