am trading in an uncomfortable aireloom and want to go back to beautyrest which i always have had. i have serious back related and neck related issues and am 65. i like soft but worry this might not have enough support? can i get some feedback please on this Beautyrest K class Ultra plush pillowtop? thank you

Hi Sophia -- Thanks for your question. If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend checking out our overview of the current Beautyrest Black line-up, which you can find here:

In the video, we discuss and show the support system, which is very solid and common across all Beautyrest Black models. Then at around the 10:35 mark, we show the K-Class models specifically. The Ultra Plush Pillow Top is VERY soft on top, but still has that solid coil unit underneath. If you have serious back issues, I might worry whether this particular model might have too much softness for you, but if you've have a positive experience on very soft mattresses then this could be ideal for you.

If you decide you want something with less softness, there is always the K-Class Tight Top, which has more of a medium feel, or even the K-Class Firm Pillow Top, which is a little firmer than that.
