Hello, February 14, 2020 When we purchased our mattress the salesman (James Watson, at Mayberry’s in Crossville, TN) told us it was guaranteed not to sag for 15 years. He said he has had the very same mattress for 10 years and it has never failed. Well, ours failed. We have only had it for a little over two years and it has sagged really bad under our behinds, and we’re not heavy people.

It’s hurting my lower back really bad and that’s causing my legs to wake me nightly with cramping really bad. My husband wakes up with back pain too. It’s hard for us to get into a comfortable position ever, so we never have restful sleep.

I want to contact the store where I got it that assured us that if it sagged in the least, you would replace it, no questions asked. I want to know if that is true, but I don’t want to have to purchase a new mattress when this one has a lengthy guarantee and we’re just starting it.

The mattress has no water damage or any other damage because it has always been covered.

Please advise as to what I need to do to get my mattress replaced ASAP.

Please, our health depends on this.

Please let me know you honor your guarantee and we will be able to get our mattress replaced.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I hope the folks at Mayberry's will help you get this resolved. Since they are not a GoodBed trusted retailer, I'm afraid we aren't able to be of much help in seeing that you get resolution. But I wish you the best of luck nonetheless.

Lastly, for what it's worth, the Sealy Conform line was not introduced until 2017, so it's a bit curious that the salesperson would have told you that he's had that same mattress for 10 years. Perhaps he just meant that he's had a mattress with similar construction for that time period though.
