I just checked a Simmons Warranty card on a bed here in our store and XX was not on the card. It could be a floor sample or model that has no warranty. Contact your retailer for more information on your mattress. It could also be that you are looking at the wrong spot for your warranty classification.

Looking at the warranty info that Simmons provides online, we don't see this warranty code listed either. We see only warranty codes A through O. |
