As far as we're aware, the only time Serta uses the term "low-profile" is in reference to their foundations, not to their mattresses. So, when you say a "low-profile mattress only", we're assuming you're misremembering the low-profile part but are indeed sure you bought the mattress only. In that case, the dimensions of any king-size mattress are 76" wide x 80" long and this particular mattress is 13.6" thick. If you did indeed buy the matching low-profile foundation, the width and length of that piece would be the same as the mattress and its thickness is about 5 inches.
