Hi Christine -- There is a way to register your mattress on the Kingsdown website here. Technically, this shouldn't be necessary to do, but it certainly can't hurt. You'll need your LawTag number, which appears to be longer than the number you provided (~8 characters). The law tag is stitched on to your mattress and typically must be retained in order to maintain the validity of the warranty, so don't lose it. In terms of product reviews, it's not uncommon for a new model like this not to have any reviews yet. I hope you'll come back and be the first to review it once you've had a chance to sleep on it for a couple months.
