Hi there. The dimensions (Length x Width x Height) of that mattress would be 80" x 39" x 14". No matter the size, the Posturepedic Plus High Point Soft is always 14" tall. And no matter the model, a TwinXL mattress is always 39" x 80". That said, it's worth noting that normal manufacturing tolerances in the mattress industry would be +/- an inch or so on length and width, and maybe a half an inch on thickness. If you're interested, you can see more details on the construction and layers of the Sealy High Point Soft or the measurements of all different mattress sizes. I hope that's helpful.

Yes, the Sealy Posturepedic Plus High Point Soft ("Ultimate Support + Cooling" Hybrid) mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the High Point Soft ("Ultimate Support + Cooling" Hybrid) to have adjustable base compatibility.
