Hi there -- Thanks for your question. Yes, it should be fine to use that mattress in a wall bed. The Murphy bed design typically holds the bed perfectly upright and usually provides some horizontal pressure on the surface of the mattress as well, which also helps hold things in place. If anything, when having your mattress on end for a long period of time, it would be a bunching or settling in the layers of foam that you'd be more worried about more than the coils. However this tends to be an issue more for mattresses that are leaned up against things at an angle. And even then, it really shouldn't happen in this mattress design if the quilt, foam, and spring layers are properly attached to each other. I hope that's helpful.
