Hello, If I fall asleep on my side, but wake up on my back, am I a side sleeper or back sleeper? Thank you, Sherri

Hi there -- Thanks for your great question. Although we have wrestled with this question ourselves in the past, the evidence we've been able to obtain seems to suggest that the position in which you spend the most time during the night tends to correlate much more closely to the position in which you wake up.

So, our current thinking is that this would make you more of a back sleeper.

I hope that's helpful.
