Serta Sumter mattress - need details

I am unable to find anything online about this product that was purchased from Rothman’s near St. Louis MO which is no longer in business.
I am considering purchasing one from a neighbor that was manufactured 12/16.
Is it soft/medium/hard?
Innerspring or foam or both?

I have a photo of the tags if you need more info to identify it. Apparently it is no longer being made. Thanks for your help!
