Hi there -- It sounds like you have a potential manufacturer's defect on your hands, which could be covered under your warranty. In such case, it's the manufacturer who is ultimately responsible, but assuming you bought it from a local store, I'd still recommend contacting them first to help you process your warranty claim, as I would expect you'll get a faster response from them given their local proximity.
