First, we wanted to let you know your topper can be laundered. Cold or Warm wash and dried in the dryer on low heat or line dried. You can order a replacement cover from us if you like. Email us at care@latexbliss.com. We will be happy to help. |

Thank you for your response. Sadly, I now see, I purchased a non-returnable floor model topper from Sleep City. When I washed the soiled topper cover according to instructions it became evident that there were permanent stains on it that could not be seen when I bought it. Besides that, the zipper is defective and I could not get it to zip up again, so it is closed with safety pins! I regret my purchase, but am trying to remedy the problem. Jean |
