Simmons uses two types of foams in their TruEnergy line....a next generation memory foam that is less temperature sensitive and more resilient than standard memory foam, and, pre-compressed polyurethane foam that they call transflection foam, which is designed to reduce body impressions. Unless your're wriring a book, forget about the overly technical information. It just adds to the confusion. The Anneliese extra firm is a very good choice.
