Hi there -- Thanks for your question. No, that mattress is not meant to be flipped. However, like all mattresses, it can and should be rotated periodically to help ensure more even wear. You can rotate it as often as you'd like, but we'd recommend roughly once a quarter for the first couple years, or as needed. After that it can be generally be less frequent. I hope that's helpful.
