Hi there -- Thanks for your question. Both of these mattresses have a softer feel but we would probably give the nod to the Blue Fusion 300 as being the (slightly) softer of the two. The 200 is a tight top while the 300 is a pillow-top -- this gives it a bit deeper cushioning depth. The 300 also has a tiny bit more memory feel than the 200. At around the 9:00 mark of the video we show some of the specific models and talk about some of the differences in their feel. Unfortunately we don't show the 300, but we do show the 200.
