Hi there -- Thanks for your question. I'm afraid this company went out of business several years ago, so AFAIK there is no way to file a warranty claim. I would recommend contacting the retailer from whom you purchased it to see if there's anything they're willing to do. Technically it's not their warranty to honor but it's possible they may be willing to help you out in some way since you purchased it from them.
