Hi there — Thanks for your question. No, AFAIK none of the BedinABox mattresses require a specific foundation. Like any mattress, they do require that the mattress be used on a sturdy, supportive surface, but it needn’t be a box spring. I hope that’s helpful.

- Notes: If you are unhappy with the mattress after the 60 day minimum trial period, they will send a freight company to your home to pick up the mattress at no cost to you and you will receive a full refund. They cover the return shipping cost and even send the bags to package the mattress in for the pickup.
