can you make a mattress with specific materials

You made me a mattress many years ago. I have environmental allergies and I supplied the cover material which was cotton. I should not be sleeping on memory foam etc.The covering material was washed before the mattress was assembled.I am still sleeping on that mattress. Twenty plus years, but sadly it no longer is giving me the support I need.Can you please give me an approximate price on a double or queen size mattress in the next to best in your ad info. Thanks so much.
