Hi there -- Thanks for your question. AFAIK, there is really no hard and fast rule that would prevent you from using a heating cover on any mattress, memory foam or otherwise. That said, true memory foam is indeed temperature sensitive, so using a heating pad on it will make your bed feel softer than it would otherwise. And of course, all else being equal, memory foam will tend to sleep a little warmer than other materials in the first place. So, all of that is to say that the only real limitation on whether you'd use a heating pad on any given mattress is whether, from a practical standpoint, you would need to or want to.
