I purchased a king sized mattress 4 years ago from Sleep Country USA in Clackamas. I am experiencing issues with the mattress but the store is closed. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi there -- Thanks for your question. You could contact the manufacturer directly, but a better bet is generally to go to the retailer first. For that, you're going to want to contact Mattress Firm in this case, as they bought the store where you purchased this mattress. I hope that's helpful.
