Hi there -- Thanks for your question. For a mattress with memory foam on top like this one, I would be inclined to recommend sheets that have a bit of stretch to them. This will ensure that the feel and conformance of the mattress is not changed in any way (however subtle) by the sheets. Here is a list of sheets that are highly rated on Amazon and that advertise at least some amount of stretch capability: FWIW, the other thing you might want to consider is a mattress protector that has some stretch to it as well. Here is one that you can get on Amazon that is made with organic cotton and will stretch for exactly this purpose: I hope that's helpful.
