Hi my mother purchased a new mattresses less than 2years ago she explained before purchasing that my farther is a larger heavy than herself what would they advise her to buy ? . After taking their advice she went ahead and bought a new mattresses and base. Over the past 3 months both of them have slid out of bed numerous times,and when I've had a look at the mattress both of the sides are collapsing when someone lays down. Is this a faulty mattress and if so how do I go ahead and prove it ? Thanks for looking. Helen
