I just purchased a Firm Ethos Matress and when i saw it in my house i called the store about the huge bump in the middle of the bed. The lady at the store called it a “lumbar support”. Never heard of this nor did it look like this in the store. Needless to say, the bed is going back in 18 days, need to wait out the 21 day return policy since we are sidesleepers and this firm with a bump bed is for back sleepers.
