I called Restonics and I had the same question about the model name couldn't be found.The cust service lady told me there was alot of companies in the USA that manufactures Restonic mattresses under Restonics guidelines that it must follow and they are allowed to tag there mattresses with there own name such as Barbados or in my case Panorama,and I would guess that most mattress companies do the same thing
