Hi there -- As you probably know, the vast majority of Leesa mattresses are sold online directly through Leesa's website. One benefit of this is that there is no 3rd-party intermediary from the standpoint of any delivery or return issues, or even warranty issues down the line. That said, Leesa does have company-owned stores both in SoHo (New York City) and in their home town of Virginia Beach, VA. At one point, they were experimenting with showing a single Leesa mattress in certain (but not all) West Elm or Pottery Barn stores, but TBH I don't know if that is still happening.
