We bought our mattress from sears and we have a manufacture defect. the springs collapsed on one side. where do we go for warranty? We bought it in Jan. 1 2014 it is the king ATWOOD 11 paid $1,151.99 for the mattress and also purchased the boxes as well. Please help. I have all receipts.
