Saatva or Tomorrow Mattress?

I am an exclusive side sleeper, 5’8”, 180 lbs. I am looking to spend $1,200 at most. I have narrowed my choices to Saatva Luxury plush, and Tomorrow Medium plush. Which would be a better choice?. I am also very open to any suggestions you may have.
