It should be 14" inches on beauty rest's site it is the Silver line Open Seas, Macy's the Golden Gate. In the silver line beauty rest really makes only 2 pillow tops a 14 inch and a 15, in various firmness. There is a video on Beautyrests site that state the level 2 mattresses have additional back support 'not sure What is a level 2? Only know all this because we went tonight to pick a replacement mattress. If you are a back sleeper you may want a firm not a plush mattress we are replacing our warranted Beautyrest. the 14 inch mattress is a level 1 so no additional back support the 15 is a level 2 or at least it should be.

Thank you for the information. It was helpful. I am repacking a Beautyrest silver that is plush but too firm for me. I am a side sleeper. |

Thanks I am sleeping of ultimate plush Beautyrest right now and it is still too hard after 6 weeks. |
