I tried to order this mattress directly from them because they were offering a $125 discount if you ordered today, without any mention that if you financed it, you would not get the discount. The ad also says that there is no finance charge but they don't mention that there is a "lease fee" which they tack on, so instead of the payment being $137.80 per month without a finance charge, it was about $175. Does anyone else see that this is not truth in advertising? That coupled with the complaints about poor customer service, I'm not sure I want to do business with this company, and that's a shame because it sounded like the perfect bed for me.

Hi Holly -- Thanks for your question. This sounds like useful feedback for Nectar to hear, so we will try to get someone from Nectar to address this. Hopefully they can speak to it with more context and specifics than we can offer.
