I have just purchased and received the Pedic Solutions 12" Ultra Deluxe Mattress, where can I get a copy of the warranty or how can I register my purchase for this warranty coverage

Hi Joyce -- Sorry for our delayed reply. I'm afraid we don't have an answer to this question. FWIW, it seems that this company intentionally makes it very difficult (if not impossible) to reach them in the event of any warranty or customer service issues. We have researched this question in the past to no avail and have seen our users post numerous complaints about their lack of customer service. I'm sorry I can't be of more help on this one.
