Last year my husband and I purchased a sectional sofa from you and we purchased a warranty for 5 years so i called the store because there was a few things that needs to be fixed so they told me to email the company so i did that and they told me they could not help me i would have to call the store now i keep getting the run a round which is ridiculous please let me know what i can do please and thank you
