Thanks for your question. Here are the specs we have on the Pure LatexBliss Vitality, listed from top to bottom:
In terms of comparable mattresses, the Zenhaven mattress is made entirely of all natural Talalay latex, and should have a similar feel. It's a two-sided mattress with a Luxury Plush side and a Gentle Firm side. The Luxury Plush side has similar ILD and layering to the Vitality (see below). If anything, it looks like it would be slightly firmer than the Vitality. Here are its specs from top to bottom when it's placed with the Luxury Plush side facing up:
