Cleaning mattress cover

How do I clean the cover to my king sz mattress? My son has done a number with his sippy cups, etc. Thanks.

I have washed mine in the washing machine many times. However you have to use a large load washer without the center agitator bar. If you don't have an HE washer at home you will have to go to a laundromat to do this. I then line dry it.
