Hi there -- All twin size mattresses have the same horizontal dimensions -- 39 inches wide x 75 inches long. The height (i.e., thickness) will depend on which model you are talking about (which you didn't specify in your question). Mattress height is typically between 8 and 14 inches, but could be more or less than that.
