Hi Cheri -- There is really no difference between these two terms. There is no way to make foam out of gel, so the only way to create "gel foam" is to infuse foam with small amounts of gel (typically little beads, though sometimes swirls or the like). We typically call this "gel foam" for short, but some people may call it "gel-infused foam" as well, whether to be more specific or to sound a bit fancier. But either way, it's the same thing.
