Hi Marcus, If you have your original receipt and if the mattress is not stained, you can likely get a replacement for it. You need to contact the retailer who sold it to you. If you moved away or they are no longer in business, you can contact Simmons warranty department at this URL: http://www.simmons.com/customer-support/warranty-inquiry-form Try to get some service to see what happens. That isn't a common problem with Beautyrest mattresses.

Marcus, This is certainly a defective mattress. Granted that you haven't abused the mattress by trying to squish it up a staircase or attempting to fold it in half. I would certainly contact the original retailer you bought it from ASAP. Good luck. NN |
