what is your exchange policy?

i live in idyllwild and unable to drive to your store in hemet. i have specific needs. innerspring type, no memory or gel foam next to my body, no latex, something between firm and soft/plush. perhaps closer to soft. and maybe a pillow top. i believe i could order a mattress without laying on it but would like info on your exchange policy if you have one.
