Dear customer, if you are comparing your brand new mattress mattress to the showroom floor model, it may have been broken in already. The other thing to remember is now you have slept on your mattress all night, in the store you may have been only it for a few minutes. This mattress has a 120 day switch out, but be sure you are comfortable with the feel before you utilize it. Lastly your body will adjust to the mattress over time, just as it did with your last mattress. Good Luck.
