Hello, If the mattress was purchased brand new, non-floor model, then it likely it has a 10 year full warranty as long as there are no stains on the mattress and it is properly supported. You should check your support system underneath. If you have the least expensive metal frame offered by Rooms to Go, then it's not enough. If your bed has no center legs underneath, then that's another thing to address. You need to have legs under the slats. 2-3 legs per slat on queens and kings is the best support for the mattress.
