Can a latex mattress be repaired? If so, what sort of cost is involved for shipping or can it be done on site? What cost would there be if the mattress is much higher one side than the other?
We have a Sealy Reflexion mattress.

Sealy Reflexion models are latex topped with polyurethane foam. It is likely that the poly foam has compressed, in which case no repair is available. You can do one of two things: register a complaint with Sealy and see if they will authorize an exchange. Or, flip your mattress over and use it that way. You will then be sleeping on latex directly. If you find that side too firm, add a 2" layer of soft Talalay latex for comfort. Here's a link to the Talalay latex toppers.
