Sealy Reflexion models are latex topped with polyurethane foam. It is likely that the poly foam has compressed, in which case no repair is available. You can do one of two things: register a complaint with Sealy and see if they will authorize an exchange. Or, flip your mattress over and use it that way. You will then be sleeping on latex directly. If you find that side too firm, add a 2" layer of soft Talalay latex for comfort.
