I get hot at night a lot, and it makes it hard to sleep. Because of this, I started looking for Cooling Sheets for Hot Sleepers that actually work. I wanted something simple, soft, cool, and not heavy. I also checked reviews on sites like TechRadar and SleepFoundation, and I found a few sheets people talk about a lot. I tried these two:
