Hey everyone, I recently added a 2" Talalay latex mattress topper to my setup, and it's been a game-changer. The responsiveness and pressure relief are top-notch, especially for side sleepers like me. I also noticed improved airflow compared to my old memory foam topper, which helps with temperature regulation. However, I've read that some people find latex retains heat. I think the type of latex and bedding materials play a role. Talalay latex tends to be more breathable than Dunlop. Also, using breathable sheets like cotton percale can make a difference. Overall, I'm impressed with the comfort and durability of my latex mattress topper. It's a sustainable choice that aligns with my eco-friendly lifestyle. Would love to hear others' experiences with latex mattress pads or toppers. Any tips or recommendations? Cheers, [Amelia Hebrew]
