Hi there. The Beautyrest NxG series varied a bit during the 6-8 years it was sold. In its early years, the collection included quilted models. But ultimately, it became known for offering the combination of a smooth stretch cover over memory foam and pocket springs. Assuming this latter design is what you have, there are lots of options that are similar.
