Good Afternoon, I'm not sure what this sound is, as I've never had this problem, either. I would wonder if you had an adjustable base. If so, I would try unplugging it and plugging it back in, and replacing batteries when and where I could. The bed itself doesn't have any speakers that could make this sound. So maybe try unplugging the pump from the wall for a few nights to see if the problem persists. Plus, calling the company is probably a good idea.
