I very much appreciate your professional advice! I have been researching different smart beds, like AirPedic, iSleep, ISense, king coil, and similar. Price is a secondary concern. Getting a bit older, so quality, comfort, not hot, customer service, warranty are more important issues. We would also be using an adjustable base, if you can advise us about that as well. One of us sleeps on their back and the other on both back and sides. We have been sleeping on all natural latex bed, which feels medium to firm. We would like to consider a slightly softer option.
